I ask this question. Is Brower now a certified expert on genetic
engineering too? Did he get another PhD I am not aware of? How about Scare
Crow in the Corn Field? That might work as a subtitle. Anybody can be an
alarmist with or without a PhD. It is also a lot easier, and profitable, to
be an alarmist - just watch the news.
