Here in southern Saskatchewan, first saw several V. cardui on 3 May. Now
there are hordes of them, almost as common Cabbage Whites.

Subject: Painted Lady

Hi Folks
Today i had a single Painted Lady in Ladysmith, Vancouver Island
B.C. It was in a very worn state with chunks missing from both wings.
Added to Aud Fisher's finds earlier this week, i think we have a mini
invasion.
Let the big invasion begin.
