butterfly or moth larvae ID

Larvae found on host plant Gumbo Limbo (Bursera simaruba) tree, in South
Florida. 11/2001 possibly a dingy purplewing ? I don't have any reference
material describing this butterfly's larvae. Appears semi-transparent light
green to naked eye approx 2 cm. long (magnified 10x in photo.)
