Ah, Ron,

Great post! Truly a man for all seasons:). Surely a great step towards the
ultimate advancement of the novice. 

Truly, we are achieving a balance on this list between the several degress
of professional and the "novices". I hesitate to use the word amateur
because contrary to popular opinion does not mean novice. It actuall at
times has meant "expert" for its own sake. When you really look at it that
means exper for free.

By the way, every time I said to myself "oh no, not another pupa post" it
just got better and better.
