Jim, unk1 is an Anomis sp. (Noctuidae) - its either A. erosa or A. flava fimbriago. Covell (Pl. 39, fig. 14) has a listing for both on p. 161-2. 

unknown3 looks like Cydia latiferreana (formerly Melissopus latiferreanus - Tortricidae), Covell Pl. 60 fig. 4. Theres a picture of one here ( http://www.forestryimages.org/browse/detail.cfm?imgnum=0488066 ) that shows the distinct forewing bands - the ground color is redder but is variable.
