collecting is the law in MN

The law works both ways. Two years ago Minnesota passed a State
Constitutional Amendment guaranteeing the right to, hunt-fish and gather.
The law was passed to avert any future legislation that would prohibit the
full utilization of the States natural resources. The amendment had broad
support in both houses of the state legislature and passed with a resounding
popular vote. If it comes to a vote, at least in Minnesota, the collectors
