The family of Hugh Avery Freeman have asked that in lieu of flowers that donations be direct to the Hillcrest High School Scholarship Fund, 9924 Hillcrest Road, Dallas, Texas  75230.  Mr. Freeman taught at Hillcrest from 1954 - 1981.

    I just received word this evening from Louise Freeman that her husband, noted lepidopterist Hugh Avery Freeman passed away last night.  Services will be Friday at 11:00 a.m. at the Williams Funeral Home in Garland, Texas.
