Totally of topic, purely fyi for those interested

Today my team of women over 40 set a new World Best for the 4 x 400 relay.
We trashed the old mark by a full 45 seconds.

The only butterflies were the ones inside us before the gun went off.  Now
I can settle down and finish revising my dissertation on using Saturniids
in the classroom (K-12) to help students learn about the nature of science.
I already passed the defense, so once this final copy is filed with the
Graduate College I'll be Dr. Lutz, at last.

That, and a World Best . . .

Well, if anyone wants to hear about my Saturniid work, write me off list.
