I use Access, and I design my own tables, forms, and reports.  It's 
always a process of making adjustments as new situations arise, but 
alas, I'm not committed to what the designer had in mind for me.

I also use Biota when I need to read other Biota files.  If I did not 
know how to make my own, Biota is a good choice.
