catch and release

 I intend to mark and then recapture the leps that I  encounter in a
transect that I will begin to walk in a day or two.

  Any suggestions on how to best do the following:
  1) Capture and hold
  2) Marking equipment to be used and how
  3) Where to mark
  4) Coding systems
