Genus Sphinx life histories

Is anyone aware of completed life histories on any of the following 
members of the genus Sphinx? To the best of my knowledge, none of the 
following have been reared but someone may have unpublished life history 
information available.

geminus, praelongus, xantus, balsae, pitzahuac, tricolor, aurigutta, 
arthuri, maura, pseudostigmatica, biolleyi, or phalerata

The information is to be considered in a book on the biology/ecology of 
the Sphingidae. Many thanks.
