Scrub Fest?! (7 *Strymon* spp. @ RGV - Oct 16-20)

Greetings, 

Some 125 species were recorded during the recently completed Texas Butterfly
Festival! (Past festival totals generally ranged between 100 to 110
species.)

An good indication of just how remarkable the butterflying was is
exemplified by all the Scrub-Hairstreaks (*Strymon* spp.) that were seen:
