Ethylene dichloride (dichloroethane)

I haven't used this material, but a quick search indicates that it is
flammable, that it irritates the skin, that it is a likely carcinogen, and
that it has various nervous system and gastrointestinal toxicities. 
Sounds like something that should be handled with great caution.
