an email fix - non leps stuff.

This is not about leps, but since everyone on these lists has a computer and
email, I thought I'd share the following fix for an email problem in case
anyone else encounters this.

A couple weeks ago my email (Outlook Express) worked fine except for one
not-so-small detail --- when I opened messages they were blank. I knew the
message was there as the size of the email was listed. I could also read
the basic texts by right clicking on the unopened emails and then clicking
on properties, details, and message source.

The problem was a lost dll file. So if anyone ever encounters the same
problem here is what to do.

Click on Start on the desk top (lower left corner in Windows) and a menu
will come up. The "Run" function should be about the third item up the
list. Click on Run and type in...
regsvr32 inetcomm.dll . Then just click OK and the problem is fixed. I
still have to do this each time I re-boot as I have not yet gotten this dll
file back in the boot record - but that is a minor problem which will get
fixed soon also.
