Seitz Macrolepidoptera of the World - Vol 5?

There was a Polish fellow, Tadeusz Zatwarnicki, who was selling 
CD-ROMs of various Seitz volumes (at US$40 per volume, as I recall). 
It has been years, however, since we've heard from him, so I don't 
know whether the ever completed the project. I would be very 
interested if anyone has more recent news of his activities.
