[SoWestLep] an email fix - non leps stuff.

I just discovered another cause, besides a lost dll file, for a blank 
message. If the message body is in html and you have your preferences 
set to 'plain text', it will display a blank message in Mozilla. I had 
to click on "View", then "Message Body As", and then select 'simple html'.
