Too bad for your friend.  Tell him he should fulfill the promise of the Free
Market and march right back to Wally World with that defective product and
demand a refund so he can send consumer feedback to the system -
Seriously! - and then go find a decent one somewhere else.

I hope Jean Paquet's quality control is superior to that!  (And I am sure it
is.  Jean would probably never win a Walmart bid!)
