Along this line, at my previous place of employment each year the 
administration encouraged employees to make a contribution to a charity. 
Each year I pledged a small amount to an organization dedicated to 
population control. I don't know if they were actually involved in 
promoting policies for population control. It may be all I did was make 
it possible for some administrator to afford a Hummer or some other 
ridiculous gas guzzling off road vehicles that is fashionable to drive 
on big city streets.
