Biologia Centrali-Americana: Plates and Associated Binomials

In order to facilitate finding butterfly species illustrated in the Biologia
Centrali-Americana, Rhopalocera plates, Wanda Dameron has provided a list of
associated of BCA plate numbers, scientific names (with synonyms) as well as
species' distributions.
