The USGS butterfly & moth sites have all moved to:

http://www.butterfliesandmoths.org/

Apparently all taxonomic groups are now listed alphabetically by family,
subfamily, genus with moth groups interspersed within the
butterflies (or visa versa depending on your perspective!)...

Other taxonomic groups (Stoneflies, Mayflies, Tiger Beetles, etc.) are
still hosted at USGS.
