Help with ID of a Blue

Tom,
No real idea on my part...but I will say this: Not being able to
reliably ID small Blues from, for example, mountainous areas in the
former Yugoslavia is, for me, becoming customary. Who ever said that
Lepidopteriology is "easy"?
