Arctiid valid name?

Hello community,

How can I know if certain arctiid name is a valid species and who described it?

I'm looking for Phoenicoprocta biseriatum, that seems to be incorrectly spelled as "biceriatum" by Janzen. I search for these names in The Global Lepidoptera Names Index but there is no record with these names. Where else I can search?
