Lep Traps

Hi All (please excuse the cross posting)

 

I am in the market for a set of new black-light bucket traps for my moth
monitoring work and I am thinking of buying 4 traps from Lep Traps
(Leroy Koehn). I would appreciate off-line comments on the efficacy and
durability of these traps from those that have used them. I am also
interested in the pros and cons of traps with plexiglass versus sheet
metal or aluminum vanes. Finally, are extra sorting screens necessary or
useful, especially considering I tend to get a lot of beetles
(especially Scarabidae) in my traps?
