Pim Schoorl's thesis on Cossidae freely available

About a month ago, lepidopterist Pim Schoorl died at the age of 50.
His family would like to give the remaining stock of his thesis on Cossids to people who can use it. It is the following title:
J.W. Schoorl, 1991. A phylogenetic study on Cossidae (Lepidoptera: Ditrysia) based on external adult morphology. Thesis University Leiden, 195 pp. 
It is essentially the same as volume 263 of Zoologische Verhandelingen, published in 1990 and a standard work on the classification and adult morphology of this family of moths.

J.W. Schoorl sr, jwschoorl at hetnet.nl  and state clearly your postal address. He will then send it to you free of charge.
