Having a hard time IDing this one!

Hey Everyone,
I came upon this skipper this morning at Fort De Soto Park in Pinellas
County, FL. It was found in a field of flowers a few hundred yards from the
coast of the Gulf of Mexico. Any ideas? It did NOT want to show the
underside of the hindwings! The forewings above have a distinct pattern of
orange spots. The photos attached are compressed; here's a link to the
originals. These are three images from different angles of the same
individuals. There were at least 2 other similarly marked ones in the area
as well.
