[Leps-l] NYT: tracking monarchs in real time!!

Note that the scientists working with the CTT tags plan to submit a
scientific article with their current results, so they aren't yet releasing
all the details (based on my conversation with one of the principals). The
New York Times article gave a good summary with really a lot of details.
Not everything is open now; more will come.
