Living Traditions is proud to announce the 24th annual KlezKamp: The
Yiddish Folk Arts Program to be held December 21-26, 2008 at the Hudson
Valley Resort and Spa in Kerhonkson, New York.

This year's theme "AshkeNosh! Yiddish Culture/Yiddish Food" examines
the sumptuous bounty of traditional food in Yiddish life.

With special presentations on Jewish foods by* Michael * ("Born to
Kvetch")* Wex, * Yiddish foodie blogger* Eve Jochnowitz* and
novelist/translator* Curt Leviant * the KlezKamp program features a
staff of over fifty of the world's greatest Yiddish performers,
linguists, folklorists, dancers, visual artists and klezmer musicians
including* Michael Winograd, Pete Sokolow, Susan Leviton, Josh
("So-Called") Dolgin * and* Steve Weintraub* plus an unrivaled
children's program under the direction of * Sarah Gordon* and* Marilla
Wex. *

KlezKamp has become more than merely an annual program. It has inspired
numerous events around the globe and has become a singular model for how
traditional culture can survive and thrive in today's disposable world.
Come to KlezKamp and be part of Yiddish Culture for the 21st Century.
