2. Send material as plain text:  no HTML, other coding, or attachments;and 
write MENDELE PERSONALS in the subject line.
3. Correspond directly with the person who or organization which has 
posted the notice, *not* with your ever-beleaguered untershames.

Subject:  Photos of  Tarras ,Brandwein, et al.

I am working on a photo exhibition about Jewish celebrations in the 
1940's-60's. I am looking for photos particularly of Dave Tarras and 
Naftuli Brandwei, both leaders of klezmer clarinet playing during those 
years. If you have a photo from a wedding, bar mitsve, etc. I would 
appreciate a scan of it send to my email. Any photos used will properly be

We are now working to fill the hole between those two sets ,add a search 
routine, and repair (where possible) damaged portions
