Subject: Two memorial events for Chava Rosenfarb
I would like to announce two memorial events in honour of the Yiddish
novelist Chava Rosenfarb, who died last January.
1) The first will take place at the Workmen's Circle in Toronto on Sunday,
November 6th at 2pm, as part of Holocaust Education Week. The address of
the Workmen's Circle is 471 Lawrence Avenue.
2) The second will take place at the Jewish Public Library in Montreal on
Tuesday, November 8th, at 7:30pm as part of Jewish Book Month. The address
of the library is 5151 Cote Ste. Catherine Road.

contributors adhere, when applicable, as closely as possible to standard
English punctuation, grammar, etc. and to the YIVO rules of
