Graduate Horizons is offering a pre-graduate school program for Native
American, Native Hawaiian and Alaska Native students. The program is a
four-day "crash course" for Native college students, master's students
or alumni to help prepare them for graduate school. It will take place
from July 12-15, 2008

Students will learn about a broad variety of programs and establish
personal relationship with graduate school representatives that continue
long after the program is over.

Participants are limited to 75. Students will be selected by
application. First round priority deadline is February 1, second round
deadline is February 27. Applicants will be accepted on a
space-available basis to June 1. Complete program cost is $150.00
(includes tuition, room, meals, and transportation to campus from the
Tucson airport). Students are responsible for their own airfare, but
substantial funds are available for airfare and tuition assistance (in
2007, 72% of the applicants received travel awards).

For an application and more information on the program, go to
www.collegehorizons.org. For questions contact: Christine Suina, Program
Coordinator at (505) 401-3854.
