Greetings,

Attached please find information about the Jacques Manonian Memorial
Scholarship ($2,000- $6,000) and the Wilderness and Civilization program.
The scholarship is designed to assist students, with preference to Native
American and Montanan students, to participate in the Wilderness and
Civilization program at the University of Montana. Designed to complement
any major, this two-semester program offers students a Wilderness Studies
minor through campus- and field-based interdisciplinary coursework.
Out-of-state students are encouraged to participate in the program through
National <http://www.nse.org/> Student Exchange Program or apply directly
to UM <http://admissions.umt.edu/> .

If possible, please post the attached flyer and make this information
available to interested students. For more information on the scholarship
or the program please visit our website, www.cfc.umt.edu/wc. Feel free to
contact the Wilderness Institute with requests for more fliers and any
questions you have.

Thank you so much for your support.

Sincerely,

Sarah Potenza
