With the appointment of a new Chair and two Commissioners, the hiring of
a new Executive Director and the establishment of a centralized

TRC over the next five years are to acknowledge the Indian Residential

holistic, culturally appropriate and safe setting for former students,
their families and communities as they come forward to the TRC; create
