Dear Friends and Colleagues,



We hope this email finds you well. The staff of the Women's Policy Journal of Harvard is beginning work on our Spring 2012 issue, and we would like to offer your institution the opportunity to provide submissions that explore the impact of public policies on women around the world and provide new insight into issues that affect diverse groups of women. Our submission deadline for Spring 2012 is November 1, 2011.



The Women's Policy Journal of Harvard, housed in the John F. Kennedy School of Government, is a student-run, nonpartisan review dedicated to publishing interdisciplinary work on policy making and politics affecting women. We strive to improve the quality of public policies affecting women with the intention of furthering female economic, social, and political empowerment.



In our most recent issues, submissions have ranged from articles discussing research on women's issues both domestic and international to interviews with leading female thinkers, policymakers and executives, to photojournalism and graphic design. Attached is the 2011-2012 Call for Papers which includes deadlines and selection criteria. Please feel free to post the attached document publicly and to circulate the invitation to submit work to both your graduate and professional audiences.
