DEADLINE to submit your abstract / proposal HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO November 18, 2013, midnight U.S. Pacific time: the end of the day Nov.18th, on a Monday night, from Nov 15 a Friday night, to better address any last-minute queries or needs for technical support.
