[NHCOLL-L:236] Looking for Cardboard Bin Boxes 4 1/2" wide 18" deep 4" high

The Department of Entomology, Smithsonian Institution is looking for a
supplier of Cardboard Bin boxes that are 4 1/2" wide, 18" long and 4" high. 
We used to have a supplier for these boxes but they have gone out of
business and the only replacements that we can find are 4" wide, which is
too narrow for the Bailtop jars we store in them.  The price has been ~$0.60
each.  Thank you for any help in this matter.
