[NHCOLL-L:556] SPNHC Conference -Reminder

The 15th Annual Meeting of SPNHC, co-hosted by the Geological Survey of Canada, Atlantic and the Nova Scotia  Museum of Natural History, is approaching quickly.   The local organizing committee is planning a full and lively conference with a proposed theme for this year's conference of 'Maritime Natural History'.  Planned field trips include whale watching on the spectacular Bay of Fundy and a visit to Joggins and Parrsboro, among the most famous fossil sites in the world.  A workshop on 'Permits and Collections' is also being organized.
