[NHCOLL-L:426] journal distribution service LOCATED

Hello everyone.  Last Friday I asked the list if anyone knew of a central
business or service that accepted journals and periodicals for
redistribution among museums, libraries, etc.  One of our number here on
the list had information on exactly this service - hooray! - and I am
passing it along to everyone.  Many people answered me off-list who wanted
this information, so here it is for everyone:

USBE, or United States Book Exchange, located in Cleveland, Ohio, USA.
They have an active website: http://www.usbe.com - here you can find much
information about the service.  They have a nice search engine that allows
one to search their holdings and an amazing breadth of subjects.  They are
obligted to accept all donations, and may reimburse for postage if one
sends them an inventory of what one wants to send them.  The phone number
is 216-241-6960.

I have not used USBE yet so I cannot speak from personal experience about
their user-friendliness, but I do plan to use them soon.
