[NHCOLL-L:480] natural history collections database

[Pember Museum]

I'm curious as to which databases are being used in natural history
collections ie. birds, mammals,herbariums etc. I have looked at Pastperfect
software through AASLH but it cannot be used for natural history objects
without a lot of revamping. I would like to use a program that would be
compatible with other museum collection databases.
