[NHCOLL-L:768] SPNHC 2001 Election

On behalf of the Elections Committee of the Society for the Preservation of
Natural History Collections, I would like to both announce that the
nomination period has now ended and sincerely thank all of those members who
tossed one or more names "into the hat."

After verification of eligibility, members of the Elections Committee will
contact each nominee to confirm their willingness to stand for election.
Ballot materials will be assembled as soon as practical and return deadlines
will be announced appropriately.
