[NHCOLL-L:985] mice trouble

Has anyone tried using the electronic mice repellent devices to get mice out
of your building?  Have they worked for you?  Does anyone know if there are
any potential problems/hazards using them?  The ads for them claim they
cover a certain sq. ft. of space, I will be contacting the manufacturer to
see if that space can have cinder block walls dividing rooms and still be
effective.  Covering an entire museum would mean purchasing a number of them
so I'm hoping that I can benefit from other's experience before I spend the
cash.
