Schedule runs from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM on Saturday, 8:30 AM - Noon on 
Sunday. There will be coffee breaks at the meeting room, and a 
Saturday night dinner reception (6:30 - 8:30 PM) for registered 
participants in the Golden West Ballroom.

At-the-door registration is US$40; preregistrants will receive their 
name badges, programs, and receipts at the door.
