The western Section of the Wildlife Society has a one day workshop on this
issue in late February (easily found via Google: "Western Section" "
Wildlife Society").  It might be a good idea for the museum types and the
research types to get together.  Sometimes the good works of one steps on
the good works of the other.

It will be interesting to see the outcome of the workshop.
