Letha,
A Coelacanth is a Sarcopterygian (lobed fin) fish.  Other Sarcopterygian fish include lungfish and rhipidistians (including Eusthenopteron).  Coelacanths are often referred to as living fossils due to the fact that they were once believed to be extinct and its morphology has changed little since its ancestors of 100 million years ago.
