[NHCOLL-L:1281] Illegal sales on Ebay

Hello all, 
(Sorry for the cross posting)
I know that this list has several Game and Fish/legal experts; so...
I was just on Ebay and found these two items that I think should not be
for sale: 1)#1017163583 - A stuffed cocktoo from Australia (This seller
thinks it is ok to sell this item to the US citizen.)
	2) #1017822395 - A Bird of Paradise bird skin. (I am unclear
about the laws governing this species. I don't think it is an endangered
species.) The bird looks like an old museum specimen.
Both sales will end in the next day or two.

I wonder, how much time do Gov. agancies spend surfing ebay and other
sites for illegal items for sale? (I also found stuffed, Ring-neck
Pheasants and quail in my search.)
