[NHCOLL-L:1572] SPNHC 2002 unscheduled event?

Hello all.  This is a message to everyone who is planning to attend SPNHC
2002 in Montreal.



Anyone up for going to an Expos baseball game while we're all in town?
They're playing a double triple-header the 7th through the 12th, first
against Colorado and then against San Francisco.  For historic reasons (the
Expos will cease to exist as a club after this season) I'd like to see them
play a home game; tickets are $8 general admission and $16 for terrace.
According to the conference evening events, it looks like Wednesday or
Thursday evenings would be best for going to a game.  Games start at 7:05
p.m.  This is NOT a coordinated "event," meaning that all interested
persons will just meet somewhere central and load up into cabs and go to
the stadium.  But if you ARE interested, or possibly interested, send me a
brief email and tell me which night you'd like to go (Wedneday night is the
first Council meeting, Thursday night is the "Icebreaker").
