I should add that GenBank's online submission tool, BankIt,
includes 53 pre-defined source modifier fields.  If you use
this tool to submit GenBank records, you are constrained to
use these fields.  If these fields are not sufficient, use
instead the Sequin tool.  Or generate your submission files
in some other fashion.
