Greetings Dr. H. Fourie:

I would contact a copyright attorney. There is a very fine line here as to 
whether they have the right to sell them if they took the pictures.

If you do not have notices in place that say NO picture taking or other such 
notices, they may have the right to such. But, they may not have the right to 
SELL the pictures.

If   they were obtained (stolen from somewhere else), you have a very strong 
case.
