[NHCOLL-L:2100] collection storage

I heard somewhere about a herp collection storage area that was incorporated
into a parking structure.  Because the municipal codes addressing load
bearing, fire, ventilation, etc. were similar to those required by the
alcohol collection, it was easy to include the storage room in the parking
structure.  Our collections are currently off-site so I would like to do
something similar.  Does anyone have any information about such a project?
