I believe it consists only of plant collectors and you can subscribe to
their listserv at http://list.afriherp.org/mailman/listinfo/pbiocoll or send
email to pbiocoll-request at afriherp.org

I signed up for the listserv but it doesn't seem to have gone anywhere after
a few initial comments.
