You need a freezer that will go down to at least minus 30 Celsius.  The
style and size, e.g., reach-in, chest, walk-in, blast, etc., will depend on
the kind of items you will need to freeze.

I just might be able to purchase a freezer this spring that could be used
to 
kill pests when specimens go into and out of the collection.  Does anyone
have 
any recommendations of brands, specs, sizes that have proven useful?
